This project involves a Klemm Daimler L20B1, which was manufactured between 1927 and 1928 as the first series aircraft at Leichtflugzeugbau Klemm GmbH. The wings, wing center section, and tail were in good original condition when they were taken over for restoration, while the fuselage is a replica built by HTL Eisenstadt.

The aim of the project was to restore the aircraft economically for museum purposes, preserving and using the existing original parts and materials as far as possible.
